Shipping

All products are delivered with confirmation numbers pan India. We will provide you with the tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.

All orders are shipped from New Delhi, India.

All orders are shipped out after being prepared as per the fulfillment timelines. The fulfilment timelines more most products is 7-8 days however some pieces are made to order, hence, different timeline. The fulfilment timelines are mentioned on the  product pages. Tracking number is updated via email.

Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value of Rs 5000/-

 

 Returns, Refunds and exchanges

If any mistakes are made from our side (quality of clothes) we would be happy to help you out. Please send us an email with pictures of defect within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then determine if the client is eligible for the exchange by responding within 2 working days of receiving your email. The item must be unworn with all original tags on. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs.

Custom garments are not applicable for returns or exchange 

**Store Credit Only:**

- We do not offer refunds for returned items; however, we provide store credit for the returned product(s).

- Store credit can be used to make future purchases on our website.

**Exchange Option:**

   - If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at shopdearme@gmail.com along with the issue with the items received. Customers opting for an exchange will need to cover the cost of return shipping.

**Final Sale Items:**

   - Certain items, such as clearance or final sale items, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
