Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@shopdearme.in. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: C-51, First Floor, Sector 58 Noida
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping details, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Store Credit Only: Upon return, you’ll receive store credit for the full value of the item(s). No cash or bank transfers are offered.
- How It Works: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit via email, which can be used on any future purchases.
- Non-Returnable Items: Please note that customized pieces, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we’re happy to help with an exchange! Simply send the item back to us in its original condition with tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship out the new size to you. Exchanges are only available for sizing issues, and we’ll process and send the replacement within 3-4 business days after inspection.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be sent to you via email. Certain items, including sale items, customized pieces, and accessories, are final sale and cannot be returned. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
